• Real Estate Professionals for use in assisting their veteran clients in applying for a CalVet Home Loan
• Veterans in the process of applying for a CalVet Home Loan who need additional copies of documents originally supplied by our District Offices

You may now also get information and apply for CalVet Home Loans at one of our CalVet District Offices.

If you have not yet identified a property, we recommend that you obtain a pre-approval, a FREE service of CalVet. This information will allow us to confirm that you are eligible and estimate the amount of loan for which you will qualify.

Obtain a Home Loan

• After selection of a home, and acceptance of your offer by the seller, obtain complete copy of the sales agreement
• Obtain an application package. These documents are available for download at this web site, or you may obtain them from one of our CalVet District offices.
1. Download the Fannie Mae Form 1003 - Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) , CalVet Application Information and Application Forms
2. Fill out these forms and send them directly to the CalVet District office for the area where the home you are purchasing is located, or if you are working with a CalVet Certified Mortgage Broker submit the forms to your broker.

Obtain a Home Improvement Loan

• Fill out these forms and send them directly to the CalVet office for the area where the home you have purchase is located

Obtain a Pre-Approval

• Download the CalVet Pre-Approval Application checklist and other Pre-Approval forms (Coming Soon)
• Fill out these forms and send them directly to the CalVet District office for the area where the home you are contemplating purchase is located
