California Veterans Memorials

Register On-Line for the California Veterans Registry


If you have served in the uniform of the United States military service, received an honorable discharge and have ties to California - as a California native, someone who served in California or someone who lives in California - you may register for the California Veterans Registry. The registry information you provide will be available for public access via a computer kiosk located at the Memorial site and via the department's website.
A basic entry will contain your name, occupation, branch of service, rank, and service dates. There is no charge for a basic entry.
Enhanced Registry. California veterans can be truly immortalized by including a photograph (preferably in military uniform) for a donation of $35 and/or a 100-word statement for a donation of $15. Enhanced registry entries tell the stories of California veterans as only they can tell them, and help to support the maintenance and operation of California Veterans Memorial.
