Veteran Services Division Strategic Plan
The Veteran Services Division Strategic Plan
identifies goals and objectives for 2004-2008. This is a dynamic document that will change to meet emerging
veteran needs and with shifting priorities. It includes an
annual update that will be published after each Budget Act is chaptered. This annual update will set
objectives to be accomplished in each fiscal year based upon resources made available. The Strategic Plan
includes an appendix which highlights California
veteran demographics as published by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
CDVA has additional pages especially for CVSOs, containing resources for qualification
training, reporting requirements and downloadable forms.
